These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and Leijasoft Oy ("Leijasoft" or "we" or "our" or "us") regarding your use of Leijasoft's games, sites and related services (the "Service"). Use of the Service is also governed by Leijasoft's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
Leijasoft reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Leijasoft will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on its website or within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Leijasoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install, access, and use the Service on your device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is limited to the use of Leijasoft’s games and associated content in accordance with these Terms.

Leijasoft reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license if Leijasoft determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service and destroy any copies of the Service in your possession.
A guest account may be created for you for the use of the Service, and you may also be required to register an account on the Service ("Account"). You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your Account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
Leijasoft reserves the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to claims by a third party that a username violates the third party's rights.
The Service may support only one Account per game on a supported device.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to access the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to notify Leijasoft immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Leijasoft is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login information.
The Service may require a stable internet connection to function properly. You are responsible for providing and maintaining this connection at your own expense. The quality and availability of your internet connection may affect your experience with the Service, including but not limited to gameplay, loading times, and access to online features.
You acknowledge and agree that the use of cellular data to connect to the Service may result in data charges from your mobile carrier. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with your use of cellular data.
Leijasoft it not responsible for any interruptions, delays, or malfunctions in the Service caused by your internet connection, including but not limited to network congestion, outages, or other technical issues.
Leijasoft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. This includes, but is not limited to, terminating or restricting access to the Service for any user, for any reason, at Leijasoft's sole discretion.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including but not limited to software, game designs, artwork, text, and other materials provided by Leijasoft, are the exclusive property of Leijasoft or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to any part of the Service.
If you provide Leijasoft with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant Leijasoft a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that feedback in any manner without any compensation to you.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
Leijasoft may monitor your interactions within the Service to ensure compliance with these Terms and to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. Leijasoft reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your account, removing content, or reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement.
The Service may offer the ability to purchase virtual currency, items, or other in-game goods (“Virtual Goods”) using real money or in-game currency. All Virtual Goods are licensed, not sold, and have no monetary value outside the Service. These Virtual Goods are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with any in-game purchases made through the Service. Prices for Virtual Goods may change at any time, and Leijasoft reserves the right to modify or remove items without prior notice.
All purchases of Virtual Goods are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless required by applicable law. If you are a resident of the European Union, you agree that the provision of Virtual Goods begins immediately upon purchase, and you waive your statutory right to withdrawal.
Leijasoft may from time to time provide updates, patches, or modifications ("Updates") to the Service. These Updates may be automatic and are designed to improve, enhance, or modify the Service. You consent to such Updates being automatically applied without notice.
Failure to install Updates may result in the inability to access the Service until the latest version is installed. Leijasoft reserves the right to discontinue support for older versions of the Service. In such cases, you will be required to update the Service to the latest version to continue using it.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Leijasoft. Leijasoft does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and the third party.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leijasoft disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Leijasoft does not guarantee that the Service will be wholly free from defects, errors and bugs, such as downtime, loss of data, corrupt data, service delay, mistakes, out-of-date information, or other.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leijasoft and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. In no event will Leijasoft’s total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Leijasoft in the past six (6) months for use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leijasoft and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution is not successful, the dispute must be resolved exclusively by a court located in Helsinki, Finland, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
These Terms, together with Leijasoft’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leijasoft regarding your use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Leijasoft’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
